you may have about selecting a home, your financing or having the home of your choice inspected.
How we will work together:
We will get a detailed list of YOUR specific needs or wants in a home. We will not show YOU homes
that we know YOU will not be interested in. We will do our best not to waste YOUR time. As former
loan officers, we are very familiar with the mortgage process. We will work with the Loan Officer to
make sure to get the best possible loan for YOU. We will also look over the final closing paper work
to make sure that all of YOUR costs are reasonable for YOUR type of loan.

Our goal for our clients is to sell their home for the highest possible price in the shortest length of
time. We will work for YOU to market YOUR property through advertising in home magazines, Dallas
and Fort Worth newspapers and small local papers as well as the MLS. We also list YOUR home on
many different websites of other companies.
